Customer advisory:

• TRAVEL ALERT: Restrictions will begin at 4 pm due to the high wind weather forecast.  Commercial vehicles less than 60,000 lbs. in gross vehicle weight will be restricted from crossing the Thousand Islands Bridge system; in addition, recreational vehicles (RVs), buses, enclosed empty trailers, and other high-profile vehicles will also be prohibited from crossing until wind speeds reduce.  Please observe this safety precaution and temporary traffic restrictions.
• BORDER RESTRICTIONS:  The Thousand Islands Bridge System is continuing to operate normally. To contact our offices please call 315-482-2501.  For information concerning crossing the border please call U.S. Customs: 315-482-2261 or Canadian Customs: 800-461-9999.
• SIDEWALKS: The pedestrian sidewalks on both the U.S. and Canadian Span are closed for the Season.
